The staff were friendly, easy to deal with and helpful. The packages arrived on time. and the delivery men were hard working and helpful. We are shipping this kitchen overseas so we unpacked every item and checked for condition. all items were in good condition but more by luck than good management. All the cabinets were perfect and the packaging was complete. However the magic corners were not damaged but the packaging was wrecked due to lack of internal support and the banding cutting through the boxes. The doors were poorly packaged and had to be repackaged with considerably more protective packaging especially on the corners prior to shipping. I have built many kitchens for various properties I have owned so consider myself a bit of an expert. I was impressed by the quality of the parts I inspected and am now waiting for it arrive at its final destination so I can assemble it. The one thing that stood out was it was incredibly good value. I would have expected to be asked for double the cost or more. Not only was kitchen good value but the built in white goods were top class and fantastic value. I would recommend Wren to anyone thinking of a new kitchen.
