I was very pleased with my wren kitchen, it all went to plan with very few hiccups. \I was expecting to meet some problems with quite a large kitchen , lots of packages etc but was pleasantly surprised. The only one issue was no one explained about positioning of electrics ie for extractor, appliances and a light up shelf which meant we had to have an electrician at short notice to do work at same time as units were going in which caused a bit of a problem, so it would be good if this was brought to customers attention at planning. Other than than everything ran smoothly , very pleased with Stephen who patiently helped me change things around until it was just right. Also the few times I rang customer service for help I was dealt with quickly and efficiently. After experiencing having a new kitchen quite a few times now I know its not always plain sailing , but having used wren for the first time I would have no hesitation in recommending.
