From the second we walked into the showroom we were given a first class service, tailoring the Wren products to match our requirements. The salesperson was very professional and soon was able to build up our 3D image of what our new kitchen would look like. We were delighted and placed the order. We knew exactly what day it was being delivered and were kept informed via text messages. On the day of delivery text messages kept us informed of more accurate times. When the lorry arrived the delivery men put each part of the kitchen exactly where we had planned it to go, thus saving us time in moving boxes around. Everything was fully assembled, there was no damage, except for a tiny dent in one corner, this didn’t matter as luckily it would not be seen. Everything was delivered as per order, nothing missing. We would use Wren again not only because of the good service and competitive pricing, but also because we were able to purchase all the appliances as well also at competitive prices thus saving additional time hunting around other stores.
