I needed a complete kitchen replacement as part of a whole house refurbishment project I was undertaking. Naturally I went round to as many different companies and their respective showrooms as possible to make sure I was not only getting the best value for money, but also helpful advice on suggested materials, fittings, equipment etc. The design stage was carried out in person at the Bedford branch, all the staff there were extremely helpful and friendly. The computer renders were great for getting an idea of what the final result would look like, and for testing out minor changes to the design as we went along. The entire process end to end was fairly painless, one piece of upstand did get left out of the original design for a breakfast bar that I wanted, but a quick trip into the store and 5 minutes later that was sorted out with minimal fuss. Will have to wait and see how well everything holds up with time, but given that it's all covered by a 15/20/25 year warranty (depending on which range you pick), I'm not too worried!
