So far Wren have been fantastic. The designer in the Norwich showroom was superb and his attention to detail to deliver a kitchen which meets our needs was superb. He was very open and honest about what would work in our kitchen and didn't just try and sell us the most expensive features in each instance. The communication from the Wren showroom following our visit has been great and just enough to make us feel that if we have any issues we can contact them right away. We feel that we are getting great value for money from Wren, both from a financial perspective and from a service perspective from people who really enjoy what they do. Wren have been extremely flexible and enabled us to reserve our kitchen in the January sales but wait to install it until later in the year until other works have been completed. You can be upfront with them and explain your situation and they have repeatedly worked to our timeframes without being pushy. So far a great experience with Wren.
