The customer service is awful. In spite of constantly communicating with them and expressing concerns around their fitter and these being realised, they are tasking no responsibility. My fitting was meant to start on the 12th, the fitter has not arranged preparation for this, we have raised our concerns since June but not their fault. Kitchen being delivered on the 12 as they won't store it, no where for us to put it but apparently that's our fault. over £20 K of kitchen but they don't care.
