Matt Shaker Infinity range from Wren Rushden Lakes Very well thought out process, from showroom ranges through to final decisions, plenty of opportunity to change plans/colours, worktops and even layouts. We felt the 3D and 360 degree facility to see kitchen in virtual reality really helped. Didn’t feel rushed through the process and although our order was placed close to Christmas, everything was installed before the big day. However, when you are considering the full cost and timescales remember that everything apart from the Wren units needs to be priced / budgeted for separately. Timescales quoted by showroom may be 5 days but it’s very unlikely the whole project will be done that quickly when you consider you factor in plastering, electrics/ plumbing (not included in pricing), any flooring you may choose etc etc. We were very lucky with our appointed fitters (Wren only use sub-contractors approved by them) and there extended team were really good at working round our late changes (cabinet lighting, new floor, change to electrical needs etc) and whole installation process relatively stress free. You will need to plan to be without cooker / sink for at least a week. We did have a couple of damaged panels but Wren HQ sent them via courier within 48 hours.
