We were very impressed from start to finish. The kitchen we were replacing, in a house we have just bought, was from Wren, so we started by visiting their showroom in Oxford. Our brilliant designer (Jordi) immediately brought up the plans from the previous kitchen so we could start the design there and then. Throughout the process, both he and Stuart (whom we also saw) took great pains to make possible all our various requests. Once the design was done (with many changes of mind, patiently dealt with) the company took over, and after a couple of site visits (from the fitter and a surveyor) the delivery and fitting took place as planned and went without problem. We are delighted with the finished product - it's exactly what we wanted, and looks terrific. All this came at what we thought was a reasonable cost, and the fitter (Andy) was efficient, obliging and careful throughout. We're delighted.
