Fan blinking tastic - would recommend The showroom experience with Wren was very thorough, we knew broadly what we wanted but were in there ages. That said it was all done and dusted. There was a huge choice, but the guy in the showroom was excellent, we didn't feel rushed at all. Within days they were in contact to arrange fitting dates. We had a specific date in mind that was accommodated, but I was surprised how quick they suggested they could do it. A couple of days later I received a provisional delivery date. I knew which fitters had been assigned. The whole process is so slick, everything followed up with an email. Fitters popped in and did a quick reckie with the plan they had already received. Everything arrived as planned. Fitters arrived as planned (I had Wren fitters). Large kitchen fitted lovely within 3 days. The guys walk you round before you leave, make sure you're happy. Really pleased with the quality of the kitchen units and the fitting. I always think the best way to judge a business is how they react to when something goes wrong! Well, I had some many boxes I just knew something would be missing. It turned out to be the last handle of the last drawer. Rang Wren late Wednesday, was told handle would arrive by courier Friday (was given a tracking number there and then) and it did indeed arrive as promised. The fitters did offer to come and fit for me, but even I can put a handle on. Couldn't fault them, really pleased from start to finish. Order Number: 32858431
