This really was an excellent experience from the moment we entered the Wren Show room at Cardiff Gate through to final completion. Our designer Danny had all the technical knowledge, patience & visual tools to design the perfect kitchen to suit our space & style. Where a minor point occurred in terms of the delivery date of the range cooker the Customer Services team really owned the issue to ensure a mutually agreeable solution was reached. Installation by Mark was to the highest standard as was that of the Wren Quartz Team. Final point was that the project management was excellent in terms of documentation, communication & adherence to all agreed time lines. As a retired project manager from a global brewing group, I wanted the highest standards & Wren met & exceeded my expectations for the whole project. Well done!
