Brilliant service and quality from start to finish. We had our initial meeting with a designer online in June before showrooms opened. We then visited the showroom to confirm colours etc. before placing our order for delivery in August. Everything went very smoothly, particularly the delivery. We used our own fitter so can't comment on Wren's fitters. But our fitter was very pleased that we had a Wren kitchen as he finds them easy to fit and commented on the fact that the finished product always looks perfect because of the little touches that Wren provide, such as the touch up pen and wax. There was some damage to a door and a piece of cornice, so I contacted customer services and they arranged for replacements to be sent straight away. All in all, perfect and we would highly recommend!
