They send teams of two. This is the first problem—they spend an awful a lot of time just chatting. I asked for two things to be done: vacuum the floors and dust the furniture. By 430 they had not done either despite coming at 2 o’clock. I finally said, “Would you PLEASE do the floor?” They left just after 5 o’clock and never dusted which was one of the two things I asked for. They wasted a lot of time frippering around with knickknacks they weren’t even supposed to touch. I was expecting to spend under $200. Instead I spent $320 and they did not even do the things I asked. Very disappointed in this service. It seems like they drag out what could have been a 2 hour job for 1 person into as much time as they can.
