PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY!!!! I scheduled a "deep cleaning" for my 2 story home with 1 and a half baths, June 17, 2021. The first red flag about the service was the ladies arrived at my home before 8:30 am. Normally that wouldn't have been a problem, but this particular day I was not prepared, nor did they call before arrival. The manager claims she mixed up the numbers of my phone number...but yet and still the cleaners were able to get through to me (yea ok). I asked them to return at a later time in the day due to personal reasons. They did... very late in the afternoon. After they finished cleaning other homes. By now the young ladies are obviously tired and they did not do what I paid for. This job cost almost $250 and for what? I will absolutely dispute this charge with my credit card company but that's not where the story ends. After complaining to the manager, she sent "veteran" cleaners to re-do what was in the notes. I was under the impression that after explaining my thorough complaints, the new cleaners would take care of everything. I was wrong. They barely brought necessary cleaning supplies and claimed they followed what the manager put in the "notes." I've called to speak to the manager and another employee informed me that she was out running personal errands but would return my call. I'm still waiting. Again, do the research and find another company because with Molly Maids, you'll be wasting time and money.
