I will never recommend Molly Maid to anyone . I had a very bad experience with them. Scheduled 10 days in advance cleaning service at 9 am, got few confirmations by phone and emails. Nobody showed up at 9 am, I called the company, a male answered the phone, promised to check with the cleaners and call me back in a couple of minutes. He never did. When I called Molly Maid at about noon, the person who answered told me, that my appointment was canceled few days ago, then a minute later she said that I already had my apartment cleaned !!! And that they are extremely busy and booked for few weeks ahead. All my plans were ruined by careless unprofessional people. They even misspelled my last name, though I spelled it very clearly letter by letter. Nobody cared. That's how they work.
