we gave specific instructions to do a move in clean job. unfortunately no one was with them to supervise the job. when we went back to check the finished job we were shocked to see how our money was wasted. they were told to clean the basement which was not touched. on the main floor the walls were full of dust that should have been vacuumed. the floors were barely washed as you could see black dirt in all the corners. one area between the fridge and a counter was not touched with dirt so visible. i called customer service twice and got no response. it was a wasted $400+ which i will contest with the credit card company
