The estimate that they have on their website is far from accurate from what they really charge. My apartment is only 500 square feet and in a pretty good state. They did charge $400+ for the cleaning service when the high end of their estimate was ~$270. Also, I was told that they were going to call me once they were on their way but I never receive any calls from them. Also, the day after the service they called me and said that they had called me the day before to approve the over time needed and the extra $ amount needed to clean my apartment. This did not happen, nobody called me to even let me know that they were going to need so much of extra time. AWFUL service - I will never use molly maids again for this service and I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone else.
