I am very disappointed in the service provided by Molly Maid in Barrie. I booked a house cleaning as part of my move to another City a month in advance to ensure the date was available. A week before my move I was contacted asking if that date could be changed and I accommodated them. I was given a quote/price in writing for the work I needed done. As I was going to be moving out of town I asked for confirmation when the cleaning had been done and some pictures. I did not receive confirmation when the work was done. I eventually received the pictures 4 days later. A few days after the work was done I noticed my credit card had been charged 1-2 hours more than the estimate and when the owner of the house did a walk through several of the items that were to be completed hadn't been done including cleaning the oven, cupboards and window sills. It has been a week and I still haven't even received an invoice for the work that was done. I've emailed and called trying to get the information and when I finally got an answer she told me the hourly rate I was billed was higher than the rate in my written estimate. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
