I used Molly Maid for the 1st time and they brought 2 girls. While they were cleaning, one of the girls broke a very valuable and very sentimental piece that had been given to me by my father before he passed away. The manager was extremely rude, no apology and talked to me like it was my fault. The girls left without finishing the cleaning and when I called them to ask what could be done, the manager named Nancy was nasty, rude and disrespectful to me. I would NOT recommend this cleaning service to anyone !!!
