I used Molly Maids one time last week. They sent 2 girls to clean(neither one spoke any English) and while they were cleaning, after only half an hour, one of the girls broke a very precious gift my father had given to me before he died. I was upset and called their office. The girls left without finishing and the Molly Maid manager was extremely rude to me and no apologies were given and they blamed me, not the girls. The manager, named Nancy was so rude and so unprofessional, I cried for hours! I’m definitely would NOt recommend Molly Maids to my friends or family 😞
