I was disappointed in the actual cleaning service I received. I was having my house cleaned after a remodel. I needed outside of all my cabinets wiped down mirrors cleaned, dusting and floors swept and mopped. I was told it would take about 2.5 hours. I was very specific about what I needed done. The cleaners were very prompt and friendly. However the cleaning was not done well. I had to keep showing them the places on cabinets that needed cleaned. When I was asked to check the work down upstairs, told them the mirror still had white spots on it. The cleaner came back and said it was paint and she would have to use a scrubber to get it off. I knew nothing was painted after the mirror was installed. I wet a cloth and got the marks off myself. I had to also wipe down some cabinets because they didn’t. They also didn’t clean the counter in my kitchen garden window. They did not even get to the floor in the family room. Their supervisor Stephanie came to check their work and give an estimate for regular cleaning. If she had not done the sweeping and some dusting in my formal dinning room, that wouldn’t have done either. I head a professional service because I do not have the health to do it all myself. Needless to say I will not be using them again. I know there is a 24 hour guarantee but I just don’t have the energy to deal with them again.
