House cleaners scheduled to arrive between 9.30am and noon .....Late Two lovely young ladies who couldn't speak a work of English ....Unacceptable Agreed a fee of $195 for 1 & 1/2 hours to clean master bedroom, two bathrooms and kitchen. At the end of the allotted time, I called MM to say that the kitchen had not been cleaned. I agreed to pay another $45 for an extra half an hour. Still the kitchen wasn't cleaned so I recorded a conversation with one of the girls via a (useless ) phone translation app. trying to tell her to stop cleaning picture frames and work on the kitchen.The response was " Mm Mm " I'm a retired 78 year old living on Social Security, so the extra charge was an unpleasant surprise for me. I was educated in England and learned French at school. ... wish it had been Spanish !! Would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
