Jill Taylor, 4770 Shady Hollow Road NW, we had two very young "cleaners", a man and a woman. The house was anything BUT clean when we returned. We tipped them $20.00 as we left. When we came back ...no wastebasket in the house was emptied, the kitchen counters were swiped on the front of half of the counters, and when we pulled things out, it was very dusty and dirty. I'm ashamed that I am NOT a deep cleaner, but paying the amount we were charged AND the generous tip prior to the cleaning...I would we will NOT be using Molly-Mess Maid. I'm rather sure you won't air this horrible loss of an expensive appointment that left us a house that desperately needed cleaning. I have emptied all the trash and dusted our bedroom furniture so we won't request another person to clean, but, .... we are done with Molly Maid service.
