I asked for a move in clean of our kitchen and two bathrooms which are all very small areas. I had payed for two hours for two people to come clean and when I came home both bathrooms hadn’t been touched. I called and spoke to the manager and she said they told her it took them two hours to clean the kitchen. When I asked if they could come clean the bathrooms I was told they could but I would have to pay for another hour. The manager only offered a $10 discount on an hour of them coming back out to clean the bathrooms and she refused to give me any other kind of refund or discount. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
