I booked a cleaning for tomorrow June 8th at least 31/2-4weeks ago. They called last Friday and said we’re all set for tomorrow. I said it is not tomorrow it next Sat. the 8th. She apologized and I specifically asked if she was sure they can make it for Sat June 8th & the female (I think Liz) assured me. I also said they could come Friday June 7th & again , she reassured me that they could do Sat & she would call and confirm the day before. Today June 7th I get a call that they can not clean tomorrow (mind you.. this was a big spring clean$$$ and less than 24 hours before the time they were coming!!!). I am beyond upset as I had sustained a back injury & still can not do heavy cleaning at this time!!! I am having company on Sunday so this this extremely upsetting!!! No way to do business!!!
