Good for the last two years, but something has changed. Two months ago there was a mixup with the cleaning appointment. The cleaners came at the wrong time, several hours early. They could not be let in at that time. They left, not to return that day. The following day, unannounced, one cleaner returned to clean. Unfortunately, the house was totally unavailable. The cleaner left. Since then we have called the local manager, usually a professional and reliable person, to discuss the issue. After three attempts over the last several weeks to reach the manager we have had no call back to our left messages. We have no idea if there is a business problem or if for some obscure reason they no longer want us as customers. Either way, we are currently seeking another cleaning service. Failing to hear from them in the next two weeks, they will have permanently lost us as their customer.
