My son and I called into Molly maids to clean the bathroom the kitchen mop and vacuum the floors once they finish cleaning the bathroom I discovered that there was still dirt on the floor and the floors were still dirty when I brought this to the attention of the two girls that came to my house they got very defensive gave me attitude they were yelling and very disrespectful I was very shocked to know that they would talk to a new customer this way when they left not only did they leave a scratch on the hardwood floors but they kick the stepstool which caused it to scratch the floorsI’m very disappointment I would never ever recommend this service to anyone the worst ever poor customer service very unprofessional and the manager Jeremy didn’t seem like he cared don’t waste your time nor money
