This company is a scam not a publisher. They do not actually provide services, they take your money and run. They are polite and convincing but only so they can take your money. They will not honor the contract they sign with you. They will not provide the work and they will not provide a refund for not doing the contracted work. I wish I would have researched them more before interacting with them, it was a very expensive lesson.
