Hello; I purchased a cellphone ,Samsung S7 in oct.2020.received it app. one month later. I found out that this phone would not open up any photos received and it would not send any photos. so meanwhile I thought maybe I had not set up the phone properly. I called Samsung Canada and they referred me to a Samsung technician. He informed that the phone had a very weak antenna, some technical problem with the mother board ,also mentioned that it was a knock off phone. Would cost more to try to repair than to purchase a new phone. I put the order into purchase dispute. The seller store would not hear of it even though I offered to send the phone back and they could check it out. So after the regular time and no agreement, ALI Express said they would help to settle it . They wanted video of the phone problem. Well there is no way that I could video the problem in the minimum allocated KB that was allowed to send. So after a few days again the reply came that no settlement was offered. I paid $216.80 Canadian. The phone will be thrown in the recycle dump. I have purchased quite a number of items though Ali Express over the last 6/7 years. I'm sorry will never ever purchase anything from them again and I will never recommend to anyone else either as I normally have over time. Bert S
