“Worst e-commerce site. No product ever delivered on time and customer service has no idea on the order status. They make you wait for days for your order to be shipped and they cancel the order after the delivery time has passed. Absolutely the worst place to buy anything. Never buy and don’t waste your time”

“I had the absolute worst experience with AliExpress customer service regarding a refund for order #8195955726769039. Two defective items were delivered, and while the seller was cooperative and agreed to issue a 20% refund, AliExpress has completely dropped the ball. The seller confirmed that the refund was processed and is being held by AliExpress. Despite this, AliExpress customer service has repeatedly insisted the refund cannot be issued until the items are returned—a nonsensical response since the seller had already agreed otherwise. I contacted AliExpress multiple times via chat and email, providing all necessary details and wasting hours of my time. Each interaction was met with robotic, unhelpful responses that clearly showed they didn’t even bother to understand the issue. To make matters worse, after all my efforts, AliExpress still refuses to process the refund, even though the seller complied with the agreement. This level of incompetence is mind-blowing and incredibly frustrating. If this is the level of support AliExpress provides, I strongly recommend avoiding this platform altogether. They clearly do not value their customers' time, nor are they capable of resolving even straightforward issues.”

“Fake prices, Cheating and indifference... Aliexpress sends emails and advertises on their site... With low prices. But be aware that often, a different price appears on the order. If you point this out to their so-called sales service, you will get a standard answer from a robot over and over again. There are NO humans reading your questions or complaints.”

“AliExpress scammed me. I purchased hiking poles through their service, but I received the wrong item from China. I contacted customer support to help me return the item since it involved international shipping. Support told me to send the item back using any shipping method I preferred, and they would reimburse the shipping costs. I returned the item via Thai Post. However, even though I sent the item back on time, the system didn’t allow me to attach a tracking ID. I reached out to support again, and they assured me they would attach the ID themselves. But they didn’t do anything, and a few days later, the system closed the order as successfully completed. This happened despite the fact that I had already shipped the incorrect item back to China. The item was eventually delivered to China and handed over to another delivery service, at which point it disappeared from tracking. The seller has since been avoiding me, and customer support has been blatantly dismissive. For the past two months, they’ve been telling me they would help and have been escalating my case to a higher department. However, I’ve received the same generic response over 10 times: they won’t refund me and essentially told me to go to hell. As a result, I lost both my money and the incorrect item. I never expected AliExpress to be such a blatant scam. Before this, I only used Lazada and Shopee, and I never had issues like this—those platforms always handled returns themselves. But here, a major platform has outright committed fraud. I don’t have much free time to go to the police, but this has become a matter of principle. What AliExpress has done is literally fraud. You’re outright scammers, and I hope sanctions eventually shut you down so you can scam each other and your citizens within your own country. Order number: 1109513542374248”

“Totally USELESS. They should be banned from advertising their business on All sites.I realised that the site is a SCAM when I purchased a bike ..and got 2..yes 2...shipping details. I should be extatic..right..2 for the price of one.. Only they were both FALSE shipping documents..and obviously nothing arrived..now 22 days later!! I paid via PayPal so am waiting for my refund. AliExpress did absolutely NOTHING...""wait for 10 days.."" wait for 20 days..."" still have never answereANY OF MY CONCERNS...Customer service...full of platitudes..but NO ACTION. The business is STILL SELLING on their site...??!!! What a joke ..if it wasn't so time consuming and allowing FRAUD.”

“ORDER NOT DELIVERED, NO REFUNDS. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! My Order ID: 8194689899604090 was lost at an airport November 9th. As there have been NO TRACKING UPDATES SINCE NOVEMBER 9TH, the seller authorized a refund weeks ago and AliExpress no longer honors their own refund policy as I think they are going out of business! Do not buy from AliExpress you will not receive your order & you will not get a refund!”

“Placed and order for 1,300 and after a week the seller send a fake tracking number. Contacted customer service and after they reviewed the case agreed to refund me the money but, waited for 2 weeks and nothing happened. The I contacted PayPal to dispute the charge (not an easy thing to do with PayPal )and I’m still waiting for the result. In the meantime, they are still holding my money Will never buy again from these people!!”

“ive had my bank ripped off i lost over $700.00 i bought like 20 products to resell. and all turned up as bolts in place of ladders sheds generators' i thought as to boxing day sales and end of year sales i felkl right into their trap. right now the items again are relisted and what stinks all these CORRUPT SELLERS onlkly got their licenses in november/december. they would have to be fakes or well pasid off to give them a sellers license i warned them a week ago about sellers selling items 20 times cheaper thaan wholesale. they took a week in the merantime thousands were scammed. and have to fight them. check out pictures and videos opening the packages remember i bought large items that in no way told can fit in a small envelope i want to upload videos i took opening packages at time of opening them. i see nothing here that allows me to show you all.”

“I eoy love to give this company zero but the lowest is 1. Very poor experience, no customer support to talk to you, I bought a closet from the direct shipping from the USA , 6 weeks later it said delivered to Kansas not Hawaii, and it was not a closet but an envelope. Luck I paid by PayPal and result after two weeks waiting they provided us with a fake USPS . After all I got my money back. This company has no ethics and morels, taking advantage of our open system and scamming us Ali Baba you're a thief please do practice somewhere else. No shame whatsoever. Avoid this trasy company”

“Gotta watch this company. I ordered 45+ items that I needed before Christmas. They stated they'd be delivered at least 5 days before Christmas. All 3 packages showed up days and one weeks after the date. Wanted to return most items. Messaged their customer service agents on over a dozen occasions who tell me everytime that I'm getting my refund but end up getting emails saying returns and refunds are denied. This company will rip you off”

“My bad review is not so much about AliExpress than one of their Seller RAIULEKO. RAIULEKO advertising was MISLEADING. They advertised a pocket talker which took the whole part of the photo BUT in fact they were selling 2 small ear plugs. These ear plugs can be found anywhere and quite cheap. Raiuleko price was VERY expensive. SO MISLEADING ADVERTISING AND VERY EXPENSIVE SIMPLE EAR PLUGS. My complain now is that AliExpress is not trying to demand that Raiuleko changes its advertising. By not pressuring Raiuleko, AliExpress is destroying its own reputation. This review will be put on internet unless AliExpress forces its seller Raiuleko to change its advertising. “I want to share my nightmare experience with this store. After i bought a product around 500 dolars + 200 dollars shipping, after arrived in my country Romania, custom authorities said i have to pay another 200 dollars for shipping+ some taxes. Tried to contact seller to asking for invoice with shipping proof and he didn't respond at all. I opened a dispute on app because we are under"buyer protection" policy and tried to explain them everything, like seller took my money for shipping but he didn't pay, like i need a invoice also for authoritiesin my country, tried to download from app and was failed. Dispute was refused!!! Like they work hand in hand!!! I was disparate loosing my package, also my money!! So with 500 dollars item, i paid 500 dollars more for shipping and taxes!!! Think twice before you want to buy something from here!! I will never buy something from Aliexpress!!!!”
