Item was delivered on Nov 4, but on wrong address in different province. I apply for dispute, Aliexpress postponed the dispute 6 times! Now is Dec 30, I didn't get refund!

No refund, no parcel!
Vendors are fully protected. Stealers and fraudulent vendors also. It is absolutely impossible to get back your money, because in case of abuse there's no human customer support to whom you can speak! Aliexpress have the worst customer support ever!
