I bought a 36V 10S4P 30Ah 500W battery and the package never arrived, the seller (Shop4052003 Store) refuses to help me to join his delivery service that he used. So after some research, I ended up finding a potential carrier, because the tracking number points me in several directions, so impossible to determine with certainty! Then I tried to join the original delivery company anyway, but without success ... A REAL BIG JOKE !!!
P.S : Be careful of cowardly and villainous thieves who squat the AliExpress platform.
