I bought 10 items from there, the package finally arrived after about 3 months. Then, it only has 8 items in it. The most expensive 2 items are missing. I submitted disputed to the seller, it replied 'No evidence, so no refund'. I chat with their agent, 'go to the USPS to get the details of the package, and the manager will contact you'. Then, no reply forever. It's the worst online service I've ever met. Especially, it says 'No evidence', and it happens missing the most expensive 2 items. It really disappointed me. Then, i chat with the agent again, I was not asking for refund, I just wanted to file a complaint of the seller. They gave a link, funny thing happens, in the link, there 3 types of report, but all are just related to property rights or illegal product, no type about complaining the seller for not being honest or fault. Will never buy anything from the platform. Again, no refund doesn't irritate me, it's there gross service. I don't hope this happen to any of you who are considering to buy things from Aliexpress.
