I have bought many things through Aliexpress over the past 5 years. It can be very frustrating at times. The advertising is very misleading. The sellers advertise a price for an item but when you check, you see that the price is for an accessory for the item you're looking for and the actual price of the item advertised is much more. Sellers also try to bribe you with discount coupons in exchange for giving them a 5 star reviews. Business ethics and morals apparently do not exist in China. Frequently the items are fake or counterfeit. Aliexpress customer service is very difficult to deal with because they only have specific choices for help. If your problem or question is not within their list of available selections, you can't go any further. You can't contact a real person to help you. China has 1.4 billion people. Wouldn't it make sense if Aliexpress hired some of them to help with customer service? I have mostly purchased items that are fairly inexpensive. I would not trust buying anything expensive through them. Lately I have had some bad experiences with Aliexpress so I think I will no longer purchase through them.
