What went wrong you ask?......Opened parcel; broken contents; their site to settle disputes won’t upload my pics to prove my honesty aka that the goods arrived broken on any of my devices; they ignored my request to send the pics via email. They closed the dispute without allowing me to argue my point without the pics and without my consent.
I have received no refund, no apology!!
That’s what went wrong!!
Dreadful customer service.
I will NEVER do business with AliExpress again. This was the first and last time.
