I want to say don’t buy anything with AliExpress, because the logistic is so poor, Ali never protects the customer, and the customer service is so rude.
I bought this item, but never received. I opened a dispute to request refund. Ali requested me to provide the evidence to prove that I didn’t receive my order. I didn’t receive the item, how do I provide such evidence? I emailed Ali to ask them tell me what evidence I should provide, but no reply. I told Ali that Amazon would email a picture to the customer to show where they put the item to prove the item delivered. Then, Ali immediately replied me that my dispute was invalid and they would release my payment to the seller.
So don’t buy anything with AliExpress. The customers have to pay for the items that they never received
