Second time I didn’t receive all my items and Ali express said that they were sent and wouldn’t refund. One item was 20 pet bows and only 10 were sent. The other were 50 IDtags only 45 were sent and the rest of my order never came. Because the few items were sent they said I needed proof? How do you give proof of items not sent? Do not allow them to bundle orders or just order one item at a time or you will get taken advantage of. Do not order bulk items. Also pay with a credit card so you have a way to get your money back. I won’t order again. Same stuff on Amazon just a little more. Ends up being cheaper and less hassle in the long run.
