No support from Aliexpress. My order has been outstanding for over 90 days. Their dispute process keeps shutting down the claim. Currently tracking shows my order is with uk customs. Neither customs or the courier have recieved my order. This is £200 that I'm unable to resolve with Aliexpress, raising issue with my credit card company to try and recover my money.
