No help from support. They do keep seller side not buyer. Want me to send the faulty drone back to china and pay for postage !!! (Postage with insurance around 50pound). They not even offered partially refund. Stay away for expensive goods. Maybe if u want to buy something very cheap then yes. In general bad experience.
