Total waste of time. Bought so much from aliexpress over the years and never have I ever had this terrible experience with these fools!
I bought a bulk order off vendor on aliexpress who suggested to make a order without payment. The website dosn't allow for one to make order without payment. So vendor decides to note down all the product quantities, colors and sizes. Sends a payment link, which I followed thru and paid. Vendor did not write down any comments in the payment link, but order details are there in our chat history. I followed up with vendor next day and made an additional bulk order, going thru the same payment link process. Again vendor did not make any comments on payment link, but chat history shows what the order should be. I paid it, asked the vendor to send me pictures before shipping out to confirm my order and they agreed to do so. 2 weeks later I get notified the products are shipped, and vendor forgets to send pictures of the order. However they grantee the order was correctly shipped and not to worry about anything.
2 weeks after that, we got the order come in, had to pay duties (which vendor said they would reimburse in our order). We opened up the box, to our surprise the products were all the wrong color. Some of which we didn't even select. Now we have all these products that our customers don't want to buy. So we tried to contact vendor, to our surprise the vendor doesn't respond. We tried for 2 weeks and still nothing, this led us to contact aliexpress customer service. Oh boy! getting to live agent on their platform is a mission and it's such a pain. Once connected I told them our story and they asked for proof and I provided. 1st payment link was in our favor and said refund to be processed. 2nd payment link was rejected by some agent saying not enough proof. So I contacted customer service again, going thru this stupid process for 40 mins to be connected to agent. Happy agent says they can fix this for us and gathered evidence again and helped me to file a proper case to submit for 2nd payment link. As for 1st payment link they were waiting on vendor to respond before issuing refund. I had to go thru this process 12 times. Than they decided to over turn 1st payment link dispute against us without any proper reasoning to this decision and said the payment has been made to vendor and to reach out directly to ghost vendor and deal with a solution. 2nd payment link also gets rejected.
After 1 month we hear something from vendor saying hey make a new order and I'll fix up my mistake on last order. I was fed up and made it clear, just give me my money back or send me the correct products that I ordered. To my surprise, vendor goes silent for another 2 weeks. Than in the mean time I'm still struggling with customer service and it's the same stupid process. Hard to get a hold off, they don't make any proper notes for the disputes, asking for the same proof again and again and than grantee that the case is solid enough for me to get refund.
Out of no where vendor responds and says hey deal with aliexpress customer service and you can collect your refund once you submit evidence. I send the screen shot of our chat to the agents at aliexpress and they said this is solid evidence (once again) and the files are being reviewed by higher ups. So just sit tight and you should hear something in 48 hours. No one responds. So just 48 hours ago I went on aliexpress site, tried so hard but couldn't connect to no agent. Than filled out an online dispute form which the site pushed me to. Than 24 hours ago I get an email which is so poorly messaged saying we can't help you since payment has been made and you didn't have any disputes open to both orders. So try talking with vendor to getting a solution for you. Like honestly, what are these idiots doing? It's almost like aliexpress has no proper way to handling customer complaints and following up with them. THE BIGGEST TERRIBLE WORST EXPEREINCE I HAD TO FACE! I responded back to them saying this is really stupid and I will definitely put my story out there on social media.
So my advice to everyone who uses aliexpress, stop using them. They have the worst site ever, no customer service and on top of that a bunch of clowns who have no clue what they are doing there. They have no way to vet the vendors on there and it's just another scam platform for anyone looking to loose their money easily!
To aliexpres - it's not over! I'll make sure this get's fixed by you soon!
