Aliexpress didn't pay attention to the case and didn't care about anything I've said, I've sent back the item for exchange or refund and on the messages with the seller I've shown Aliexpress that the parcel is on the postoffice waiting collection by the seller, but the seller don't want to collect because don't want pay tax for collection, I have already paid a lot for the item, have paid again to send it back and now the seller was asking me for more money to pick up the parcel from postoffice, the seller is claiming not received the parcel to get aliexpress to side with the seller a keep my money, in conclusion I'm for a very long time waiting for a item that was paid on time and now aliexpress decided to leave me without product and without money, really disappointing the experience with aliexpress.
I even tried to contact support to upload evidence because I could not access the page to do it, but if aliexpress read the messages is there evidence enough.
