THIS SERVICE IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE. I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR YEARS AND HAVE WATCHED AND BEEN A VICTIM OF THIS HORRIBLE DOWNGRADE. I HAVE HAD FREE RETURNS, DENIED RETURNS AND DISPUTES CLOSED IN THE SELLERS FAVOR FOR LACK OF EVIDENCE ON A FREE RETURN FOR ANY REASON, ITEM. I HAVE HAD POLICIES GO INTO EFFECT WITHOUT WARNING AND IN THE MIDDLE OF ORDERS. CAUSING ME ISSUES WITH RETURN LABELS. I HAVE BEEN DENIED LABELS ON FREE RETURN ITEMS AND BLOCKED BY SELLERS FOR NO REASON DUE TO ALIEXPRESS TELLING ME TO CONTACT THE SELLER WHEN IT IS ALIEXPRESS JOB. I HAVE HAD IT WITH ALIEXPRESS AND THE LACK OF IMPROVEMENT OVER THE YEARS. I WILL NO LONGER BE USING THIS POOR SERVICE AD ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO AS WELL, THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS OR GET SELLERS IN CHINA WHO SELLER BETTER THINGS WHILE THEY IMPROVE THEIR SYSTEM... IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.
