I ordered 4 Christmas Pajama sets for our yearly Christmas morning matching pajama photo. I ordered them on 11/26/2022. Today is 12/19/2022 and I still have not received the order, so I went on the website to track the shipment. With no notification, Aliexpress just canceled my order (order # 8158620449450495) on 12/18/22, claiming an invalid tracking number. Now we are stuck trying to find matching pajamas with less than a week before Christmas. They did refund the money, but I paid interest on my credit card. Very frustrating! It’s no wonder why they have a poor rating. Shop with Aliexpress at your own risk! Apparently it takes 22 days for their inept staff to figure out that the tracking number (which they assigned) was “invalid”!
