I dropped off an Ali Express return package at Neighbour Express outlet in Edmonton (Busy Bee Warehousing Ltd) on February 2 using the free return service. The agent at Busy Bee Warehousing did not give me any written confirmation when I handed over the package to him. Sent a few emails to Neighbour Express regarding the package but all bounced back as the compnay's email address is invalid.
Chatted with 5 Ali Express agents back and forth online and explained the situation. All dispute cases were denied. Neigbhour Express lost the package in transit as of February 24 and Ali Express refused to refund the money because the upper management demanded to have an official delivery provement. Explained to the agent again that I cannot get a hold of Neighbour Express nor Busy Bee Warehousing (now closed permnaently) for the delivery provement.
No more placing orders through Ali Express as the upper management is short-sighted, and ignorant to the differences and complexities of customer situations. Ali Express upper management do not read the comments that the agents inserted in the dispute cases but only use the one size fits all approach for resolution regardless what the customer has explained the situation.
Ali Express is always on seller side even they had all the proofs from me. Aliexpress deliberately stalled and delayed until my so called the "buyer protection" ran out and has now closed my case. Their FREE RETURN is unreliable and the BUYER PROTECTION is a joke. They will use excuses for not refunding the money.
