Bought an article of clothing online. The clothing was too small. Sizes vary from country to country as we know. I attempted to return the item because it was small. Didn't think it would take SEVERAL messages and texts with agents to still have to PROVE that the clothing doesn't fit. Asking me to measure myself and and then measure the article of clothing?! No reputable store does this. You don't like something you have the receipt and are returning in the allowed time frame and you get your refund and go on. This is what I received in the form of a resolution:

I deleted my account, and am going to make sure that they lose money as well. Be clear, you can't try before you buy so you are taking a chance. So my suggestion is DON'T! You will have to spend more money sending the item back than you did to buy it. Save your money and don't buy with them unless you just don't care.
