In April, 2023 I ordered 2 items from Aliexpress and I have been chasing these items since. About 2 weeks later I received an email from Aliexpress advising the items could not be delivered. There was no reason given and I have since been chasing sending emails and been on message with them without success. I still do not have any idea where the purchased items are. I have paid in full, they told me to go to the post office to get them which I did and the Post Office does not have the items and nor do they have any record of ever receiving them. We have a concierge on at my address from 7 am until 11 pm daily. I have requested a refund or a delivery of the items as I still want them. They now just read my messages and do not respond. My advice is do not buy this this company as they have not provided me with any information or assistance but they do have my money which they are obviously not going to refund. I will never buy from them again.
