I placed an order and my credit card was charged. AliExpress immediately canceled my order stating that a coupon was used in violation of their policy stating that I had multiple accounts. I do not have multiple accounts! It was a coupon for $0.42. I tried to get refunded through the website and got a message that the items weren't eligible for refund. I attempted to chat with customer service online, however there was no box for me to type anything in. I had to write on paper and take a photograph and upload it to the person I was chatting with. This went back and forth several times. The customer service agent finally told me that it would take up to 20 business days for me to get a refund for an item that AliExpress canceled and charged me for. I was also told to check with my bank also because sometimes the refunds don't go through. I will never shop on this website again! They are thieves! Now I have to fight to get my money back and have it consume my time for items that they canceled and charged me for anyway!
