Do not buy from Aliexpress!
Returned an item which was not as described at all, hoping to get the refund back. But the seller refused to pay any return shipping even though they should be paying due to item not as described. Aliexpress customer service instructed me to go ahead send the goods and they will reimburse me for the shipping if seller refused to pay. I did what they told me to do but the item is never getting to seller since the seller did not want to pay custom tax to release the goods from custom. The goods has been stuck at Custom for 1.5-2 months. Now the item is on the way back to me... and the seller has been ignoring my messages. And it's been 4 months, I dont have my money back and dont have the goods back either. Aliexpress is not refunding me anything and no reimbursement because they said it is not technically "delivered" as their so-called policy. They are not protecting their consumers but their sellers. I lost 400 bucks in total, and I am super tired of this already, it's been 4 months. My bank also rejected my dispute because Aliexpress kept claiming that the seller did not receive the good, and the bank cannot force them to refund...
I need a solution of this, Aliexpress! You cannot let seller take advantage and trick the system like this, you are harming your customers!
