placed orders on several items for the first time. received half of them. they don't ship all together. received 1st 3 parcels fine. The next 6 parcels didn't come to me. As per the tracking number they say the delivery attempt failed, whereas I didn't receive any phone call or email on that. next is the horrific experience. there is no clue where is my shipment because their shipping carriers are unrecognized, no Canadian phone numbers to contact, and no physical office to go to! Their sh**ty chat service redirected me to several Canada post offices where there was no parcel. finally, I wanted my money back. still, it's not allowed as per their sh**tty rules! how horrible the customer service can be! I ended off on this.
after 2 months, I was able to get a Partial refund for 2 items, but still, 4 are missing!
I will never use it and recommend everyone not to use it
