I have been overcharged without my permission, on order £140, overcharged by around £70 and on other orders higher value £350, more than £150. Only find out when looked at my bank account. Aliexpress customer service said these charges are Exchange rates and services. I haven't been warned or even know they are exist before final check out. Nothing was on final invoice about it. It is Aliexpress new trick to take money from customers without warning before check out, even when Tax and delivery charges already included. Please be aware before placing any order. As they ask you to open Dispute, but every shop page where orders have been place, don't let you do it, as it ALWAYS UNDER MAINTENANCE. I will never use them again.
