AliExpress is a scam please stay away from them. I had been buying a lot from this website and most of the goods come horrible. The quality of their products is not good at all. On May 24 I ordered a set of silver jewelry 87.73 dollars and they said that it will be delivered in 12 days. The second day the seller emailed me that the color I chose was sold out and asking me if I wanted bicolore or gold color and I told her no because it's for my sister and she doesn't want any other color and I told her to refund my money. After a few days this seller sent me a picture of another design but silver color I told her that I don't want anything else and also we were buying the jewelry for an event held on June 8 and it's over already and I don't want it and I asked her to refund my money but this seller refused. She put in the system that she shipped the goods and the system was not letting me to cancel the order. I asked her many times to refund me and she kept begging and forcing me to get another design or color and the same time the system showing that she shipped the goods. I contacted AliExpress crazy customer service and almost every day and they only chat with me and unable to solve this problem and asking for the proof which I screenshot all my conversations with the seller to them but they craziest than the seller and scammer than the seller I'm so sorry if I'm using hash words. They trust or support their sellers against their customers. For more than 1 months now the seller never provided any tracking updates and AliExpress has to know that she is a bad seller and needs to remove her name from their list. AliExpress saying that since the goods is in transit I need to wait until I receive it and I kept telling them that this seller never shipped the item because the same time the system showing shipped the same time she is begging me to choose another color or design. Do you know what I will this money back believe me. This business company is a trash. You refund my right away or I told you I will file a complaint against you. Nonsense
